Kokanee Glacier Provincial Park

Established in 1922, Kokanee Glacier Provincial Park is one of the oldest parks in British Columbia. Cody Caves is a unique provincial park experience in the Selkirk Mountains above Ainsworth Hot Springs. Ainsworth Hot Springs

Ainsworth Hot Springs is a destination focal point in the Kootenays, with unique horseshoe cave and falling mineral waters that form a pool and natural steam bath. The mineral waters within the cave average 42°C and in a separate lounging pool, the temperatures are cooled to an average of 35°C.

S.S. Moyie

The S.S. Moyie is a paddle steamer sternwheeler that was launched and christened in Nelson, BC in 1898. She made her final voyage on April 27, 1957 and today the sternwheeler resides on a concrete berth in Kaslo, BC. This stunning vessel is the oldest, intact passenger sternwheeler in the world and a must-see during your Kootenay vacation.
